Welcome to AuthTeam, LLC’s Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Authenticator App. By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

Our App provides an extra layer of security to protect your accounts. To use the App, you will need to download and install it on your mobile device, and then link it to your accounts that support 2FA. By using our App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To use our App, you may need to register for an account with us. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  1. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTHTTEAM, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold AuthTeam, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and use of the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. You may cancel your account at any time by deleting the App from your mobile device.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
